Project Safety Manager - Borivali (Real Estate)

Job Title : Project Safety Manager (HSE) Ideal Candidate 12-14 years of relevant HSE/Safety experience in Construction/Infrastructure/Real Estate/ High Rise Residential B.Sc. Graduate with ADIS qualification mandatory . ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification mandatory . Strong experience in project/site safety management and construction safety . Should have experience managing HSE teams, contractors and client/consultant coordination . Strong knowledge of Indian safety regulations, BOCW compliance and ISO 45001:2018 . Good communication, leadership, investigation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HIRA/JSA, Permit to Work and incident investigation . Knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, electrical and hot work safety. Prepare monthly HSE/MIS reports for management and clients Monitor emergency preparedness and fire safety arrangements Implementation ISO 45001:2018 requirements at project. Track Non-Conformities (NCs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) until closure. Zero major safety violations and continuous improvement toward the Zero Harm objective.
