What You Bring Robust hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Proven Data Cloud experience: DMO design, identity resolution, segmentation & activation Working knowledge of Agentforce (Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, Trust Layer) SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) Marketing Cloud knowledge a plus, especially for Data Cloud ingestion design.
