Quality Analyst (68 Years) Role Purpose The Quality Analyst is responsible for validating customer implementations of IAN products through functional, workflow, integration, and automated testing. The role works closely with Business Analysts, Configurators, AI & Data Validation Specialists, and Lead QA to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and release readiness criteria. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements, user stories, and solution specifications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites using Playwright or similar automation frameworks Perform functional, integration, workflow, regression, and end-to-end testing across IAN products and customer implementations. Validate configured workflows, business rules, forms, integrations, and customer-specific configurations. Execute UI, API, configuration, and data validation testing across development, test, and pre-production environments. Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Configurators, and AI & Data Validation Specialists to validate business requirements, workflows, and data quality. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities. Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and quality metrics. Support release validation, deployment verification, and post-go-live testing activities. Contribute to test automation coverage and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 68 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or implementation testing. Valuable experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain; Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypres .
