About This Role 6 to 9 years of experience Skills: Automation QA Senior QA Analyst, AI-Assisted Testing Mode of wok : Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, leveraging Claude Code or equivalent AI tools to accelerate test script creation and maintenance - Lead manual and exploratory testing efforts for complex features, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios - Partner with engineering to integrate AI-assisted testing workflows (Claude Code or equivalent) into CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases - Review and triage bugs, working closely with developers to reproduce, document, and validate fixes - Mentor junior QA analysts on best practices for test automation and AI-assisted QA tooling - Define and track quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, escape rate) and report on release readiness - Evaluate and prototype new AI-driven testing tools/approaches to continuously improve QA efficiency - Stay current with the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience with Claude Code or an equivalent AI coding assistant (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for test generation, debugging, or automation - Robust proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) - Solid understanding of SQL, API testing (Postman/REST), and scripting (Python or JavaScript) - Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
