Whats in it for you o Immense exposure and learning o Excellent career growth o Company of highly passionate leaders and mentors o Ability to build things from scratches Know more about MGS: https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-servic Position/role- Rpa Production support & Development Job Location - Perungudi, Chennai Total / Relevant exp - 6+yrs Shifts :- 11.30am to 11.30pm IST - Rotational shifts Key Responsibilities Technical Knowledge/Skills RPA Production Support (L2/L3) 80% Strong understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applicationsStrong hands-on experience in UiPath OrchestratorMonitoring jobs, triggers/schedules, queues/transactionsBot health checks, retries/reruns, failure handlingLog analysis and troubleshooting production issuesTicket management using Jira / ServiceNowRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementation of preventive fixes Development / Enhancements 20% Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions/enhancements using UiPath StudioMaintain existing automation scripts and implement fixes/enhancements as requiredEnsure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deploymentRequirement gathering support, UAT support, and experience in test case creation Key behaviours/competencies Excellent communication skillsStructured and logical approach to workingStrong problem-solving skills; able to think clearly under pressureAbility to work with businessSelf-motivated with a keen interest in gaining investment banking experience Preferred (Good to have) UiPath certification (Associate or Developer/Advanced) MUSTPower application experience/knowledgeExposure to SQL,APIs, OCR& integration with other applicationsExposure to Confluence and version control tools (e.g., Git)- MUST Qualifications Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT/Computer SciencePostgraduates with technical degrees will be preferred Experience :- Relevant 6+ years in RPA Development and production support , UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshooting , Jira/ServiceNow.
