Financial Business Analyst/Product Owner (Chennai)

Product Owner Location: Chennai Experience: 46 Years CTC: Up to 15 LPA Notice Period: Maximum 15 Days Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive product development from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product lifecycle management, business analysis, requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while working closely with technical and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement. - Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. - Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, dependencies, and technical considerations. - Work closely with development, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Use JIRA to manage product backlogs, user stories, tasks, priorities, and delivery progress. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams and use Figma to review and communicate product designs and workflows. - Conduct business analysis and data analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate product performance, and support decision-making. - Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation. - Define product scope, priorities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. - Track product delivery, identify risks or blockers, and drive timely resolution. - Manage expectations and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and translate insights into product enhancements. - Monitor product outcomes and recommend improvements based on business objectives, user feedback, and data. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field. - 46 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a closely related role. - Robust understanding of Product Lifecycle Management. - Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering. - Strong experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes. - Hands-on experience with JIRA. - Working knowledge of Figma. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience in functional and technical documentation. - Good understanding of data analysis and data-driven product decision-making. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Candidate Candidates with 46 years of relevant Product Owner experience, strong Agile and JIRA expertise, excellent requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams will be preferred.
