Assistant Product Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to lead the development and enhancement of our SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to define product roadmaps, gather user insights, and ensure the seamless execution of innovative features tailored to our users' needs. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap Define and maintain the product vision and strategy for our platforms. Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs. User Research and Insights Gather and analyse user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation. Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep the product competitive and relevant. Feature Development and Management Collaborate with the design, technology, and business teams to define and prioritize features. Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and wireframes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Performance Monitoring and Optimization Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement. Continuously optimize the product for scalability, usability, and efficiency. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Product Designing Experience: 2-3 years in product management, preferably in SaaS or MarTECH Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS platforms and user-centric design principles. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent project management software. Basic knowledge of technologies like APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and data analytics is a plus. Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with user research and customer feedback integration. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability.
