About the Opportunity ( UNPAID ) We are looking for a curious, proactive Business Operations & Growth Intern who wants to work at the intersection of technology, business, AI, automation, and growth . This is not a traditional operations internship where you will simply maintain spreadsheets or perform repetitive administrative tasks. You will work directly on initiatives that can help a technology-focused consulting and engineering business find opportunities, improve processes, attract clients, build partnerships, create better systems, and grow its presence online. The role is intentionally broad. If you are a computer science student who enjoys business , a business student who understands technology , an engineer interested in startups , a data/analytics enthusiast , or simply someone who likes figuring out how to make a business work better, you may be a great fit. What Youll Work On Depending on your skills and interests, you may contribute to projects such as: Business & Growth Research potential clients, industries, markets, and business opportunities. Identify companies that could benefit from cybersecurity, automation, AI, or technology consulting. Research competitors and analyze how similar businesses position their services. Help identify new service opportunities and potential revenue streams. Build and maintain prospect lists and business intelligence. Research potential partnerships, communities, platforms, and collaboration opportunities. Assist with outreach strategy and business development experiments. AI & Automation Identify repetitive business processes that could be automated. Explore how AI tools and agents can improve sales, marketing, research, and operations. Build or prototype small automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Google Apps Script, APIs, spreadsheets, or AI platforms . Help document existing workflows and suggest improvements. Experiment with AI-assisted research, lead qualification, content workflows, and internal productivity systems. Data & Analytics Collect and organize business data. Build simple dashboards, reports, or tracking systems. Analyze website, marketing, outreach, or business-development data. Turn raw information into useful insights and recommendations. Track experiments and measure what is actually working. Marketing & Content Research topics relevant to cybersecurity, AI, automation, and technology. Identify content opportunities for LinkedIn, blogs, and other channels. Assist with creating content ideas, briefs, and research. Analyze which topics and formats generate engagement. Help improve the company's online presence and positioning. Operations & Strategy Document business processes. Find bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Create SOPs, checklists, templates, and internal systems. Research and evaluate software and tools. Help organize projects and initiatives. Turn ideas into small experiments and measurable projects.
