The team acts as a strategic advisory, application delivery, and technology partner for solving complex business challenges and accelerating digital transformation. We work with all business functions within Transportation Solutions and Sensors BU to drive digitalization and create AI-enabled business applications, workflow solutions, automation, and integration services. Our setup is based on three main pillars to drive and deliver digitalization: Consulting and digital / AI advisory: Partner with each function to understand business challenges and design practical AI-enabled application solutions. AI application solutioning and technology delivery: Build, integrate, and operate scalable applications, agents, workflow tools, and automation solutions. Project management, security, and production readiness: Ensure delivery on time, within budget, with the required security, supportability, and compliance standards. ROLE OBJECTIVE Design, build, integrate, and operate AI-enabled business applications and workflow solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise application integration. This role translates business problems into production-ready digital applications. The position owns the technical design and delivery of application front ends, workflow automation, AI-enabled user experiences, integration layers, and operational support models. The role is expected to be hands-on and delivery focused. It combines application development, Power Platform engineering, AI integration, solution architecture, and production ownership to ensure that business users receive scalable, secure, maintainable, and user-friendly applications. RESPONSIBILITIES Application Development and Solution Delivery Architect, design, build, and maintain scalable applications using .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core with MS SQL ServerDevelop innovative solutions integrating Azure OpenAI Service, Claude 4.6 API (Opus/Sonnet), and AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applicationsImplement Claude API and OpenAI Service for intelligent features including RAG systems, NLP processing, and context-aware responsesProduce production-ready, well-tested code on AI integration patterns, React best practices, and .NET development standards Design and build business applications (in production/live not pilots) that solve concrete operational problems across Sensors and Transportation.Collaborate with design teams to architect AI-enhanced solutions aligned with business requirements utilizing AWS cloud infrastructureTranslate business requirements into application features, user flows, data models, forms, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.Create reusable application components, templates, patterns, and connectors where appropriate.AI-Enabled Application Design Embed AI capabilities into business applications where they create measurable value.Integrate AI services, agents, copilots, or model outputs into application workflows and user experiences.Define how users interact with AI functionality inside the application, including prompts, result validation, feedback capture, escalation paths, and safe-use boundaries.Build application patterns that combine structured data, workflow automation, and AI-assisted decisions.Ensure AI output is explainable enough for the intended business process and include clear user controls where needed.Work with data engineers and AI specialists to connect applications to approved data products, model endpoints, retrieval sources, or evaluation components.Integration and API Development Design and build integration patterns across enterprise applications, data sources, and workflow platforms.Define APIs, service interfaces, technical data flows, and integration contracts.Build or coordinate connectors between Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, cloud services, internal APIs, and business platforms.Ensure integrations are secure, observable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Own technical .
