About the Role We are looking for an AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience to develop, deploy, and research AI/ML solutions for real-world applications. The role involves a combination of AI engineering, experimentation, applied research, and technology development. Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full time Location: Kanpur Key Responsibilities Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions. Build end-to-end AI pipelines from data preparation and experimentation to deployment and monitoring. Research and evaluate new AI/ML models, algorithms, architectures, and emerging technologies. Read and implement ideas from research papers and technical publications. Develop PoCs and prototypes to validate new AI/ML approaches. Benchmark models and approaches and optimize for accuracy, performance, scalability, and efficiency. Develop production-ready AI services and APIs using Python and relevant frameworks. Collaborate with engineering and domain teams to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms. Contribute to technical reports, research publications, patents, and internal R&D; initiatives, where applicable. Required Skills Solid proficiency in Python and good software engineering fundamentals. Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts. Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or equivalent frameworks. Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models. Understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and optimization. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, RAG, embeddings, or AI agents is desirable. Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, REST APIs, and cloud/GPU environments is preferred. Ability to read, understand, and implement research papers. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML or a related domain. Demonstrated experience with at least one end-to-end AI/ML project. Research publications, patents, open-source contributions, or significant AI/ML projects are a plus. .
