Job Description Senior Wealth ManagerPosition DetailsRole: Senior Wealth Manager Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: 7+ Years CTC: Up to 14 LPA Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners (Within 15 Days) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Wealth Manager to join our growing wealth advisory team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, investment advisory, and wealth management, along with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and deliver customized financial solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand client financial goals, provide expert investment guidance, and help clients achieve long-term financial growth and security. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite. Provide personalized wealth management and financial planning solutions aligned with client objectives. Advise clients on investment products, portfolio strategies, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth creation. Analyze financial data and monitor client portfolios to optimize investment performance and financial outcomes. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide timely advisory support. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable financial strategies. Drive client engagement through meetings, financial reviews, and relationship management initiatives. Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry forums. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal advisory standards. Contribute toward business growth by enhancing client satisfaction and expanding the client portfolio. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. CFP certification preferred. Mandatory NISM XA & XB certification. Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to financial data interpretation. Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve financial success. Experience RequiredMinimum 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, investment advisory, or related financial services roles. Proven experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred. Working Days & TimingsMonday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)Shift Timings8:30 AM to 5:30 PM OR9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Interview ProcessRound 1: HR Discussion Round 2: Head HR Round Round 3: Branch Manager / CEO Round .
