Job Title: Mutual Fund Operations Executive Company: Zeta Mone Location: Pune (NIBM Road) Experience: 2+ Years Job Summary Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage mutual fund operations and fund accounting, ensuring smooth daily processes and accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Process and validate daily mutual fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches - Manage trade settlements and ensure timely execution with custodians and brokers - Maintain accurate records of all transactions, investor data, and fund activities - Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and error-free functioning - Calculate, verify, and publish Net Asset Value (NAV) in a timely manner - Perform portfolio valuation including pricing of securities and corporate actions - Reconcile cash, holdings, and NAV with custodians and internal systems - Maintain fund accounts, general ledger, and financial statements - Prepare periodic reports such as portfolio reports, expense reports, and audit data - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies - Coordinate with auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders for reporting and reviews - Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Requirements - Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting - 2+ years in mutual fund operations or fund accounting - Strong knowledge of NAV, reconciliation, and settlements - Good Excel and analytical skills Contact Details: Interested candidates may share their updated resume at Compensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Advantages: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: - Mutual Fund Operations: 2 years (Preferred) Location: - Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person .
