Role Summary Looking for a strong Business Analyst / BSA with experience in DOC AI / IDP, process analysis, and business process transformation, preferably from Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Insurance. Key Responsibilities Work with DOC AI/IDP teams on strategy, governance, and solution delivery. Identify processes where AI/IDP can deliver business value. Create AS-IS, TO-BE and Process Design Documents (PDDs). Gather requirements and work closely with SMEs, business owners and developers. Support developers with functional/technical blockers and review development approach. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and ensure solution alignment. Analyze processes and identify automation/improvement opportunities.
