REPORTING RELATIONSHIPPOSITION REPORTS TO: AREA / REGIONAL HEAD - SALESDEPARTMENT: SALESPOSITION LOCATION: BANGALORE POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in sourcingsecured loans, particularly in Affordable Housing Loans (HL) and Micro & Small Loan AgainstProperty (LAP) segments. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an existingnetwork of DSAs/connectors, and prior experience with reputed NBFCs or Banks. The candidatemust be capable of driving business within defined ticket sizes up to 1 Cr for HL and 75 Lacsfor LAP. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Source current business for secured lending products (Affordable Housing Loans and LAP)through DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels. Ensure acquisition of customers with ticket sizes up to 1 Cr (HL) and 75 Lacs (LAP). Build, manage, and enhance relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other channel partnersto ensure continuous lead flow. Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and assess property documentation andprofiles. Drive monthly targets for business acquisition, disbursement, and revenue generation. Ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation, and compliance requirements. Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and conversion ratio. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing andturnaround time (TAT). Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends. EDUCATINAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESDesired Candidate Profile: Experience: 24 years of relevant experience in sourcing secured loans (HL/LAP),especially from the Affordable Housing and Micro-LAP segment. Industry: Candidates currently working or previously associated with prominentNBFCs, or Banks will be preferred. Network: Strong existing relationships with DSAs, connectors, and field agents in thelocal market.Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of secured lending products and related documentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets. Good communication and presentation skills.Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Financewill be an added advantage. .
