As an Automation, API and Integration Testing - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on implementing leading standards in software development and testing processes, using your technical experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. Responsibilities Conducting functional, compatibility, and systems integration testing to identify and resolve defectsUtilizing Selenium and other tools for browser automation and quality assurance testingDesigning and managing test cases and protocols to optimize software performance and user experienceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality and drive product innovationImplementing quality assurance methodologies to improve testing processes and outcomesAnalyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvementsManaging post go-live support and release management quality assurance activitiesBuilding meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clientsNavigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skillsUpholding professional and technical standards in software quality assurance practices What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 4 years of experienceOral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, MathematicsDemonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Testing and Process ManagementUtilizing Selenium for browser automation and software testingExcelling in Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Developing insights through analytical thinking and data interpretationEmbracing change and demonstrating learning agility in complex environmentsBuilding meaningful client connections and managing client expectations Prior hands-on experience validating software application is a must End-to-end scenario validation (inbound/outbound flows, receipts, timeouts, second-round routing/rollover) Negative and manual-intervention paths (approval/repair/reconciliation, compliance timeouts, accounting retries/compensations) Performance/SLA testing for instant payments; multi-scheme regression coverage Strong understanding of API testing tools with a strong preference for Cucumber Experience using SOAP UI/SmartBear or Postman Experience testing MQ (Message Queues) Detail oriented with strong communication skill to work with BAs, architects and developers Experience working with defect tracking tools with preference given to Jira Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedJob Posting End Date .
