We would like you to bring along - 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, and CMDB implementations. - Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and best practices. - Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal, and user experience design. - Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. - Experience conducting customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and architectural discussions. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, instance management, governance, and platform optimization. - Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-have skills - Experience with Dell Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms. - Exposure to ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine. - Knowledge of CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist). .
