Title : Oracle Projects Techno-Functional Consultant Years of experience : 11 + Kindly share your resume to harish@everestconsulting.iin - Provide Functional and techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Projects modules, primarily Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Accounting, Project Foundation, and Grants/Contracts where applicable. - Analyze and resolve production issues, service requests, and user-reported defects within agreed SLA timelines for support and maintenance activities. - Work with business users to understand issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective functional or technical solutions. - Support data fixes, interface monitoring, concurrent program issues, and API-based integrations related to Oracle Projects and associated modules. - Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical coordination notes, test scenarios, and support documentation for incidents, enhancements, and change requests. Coordinate with technical developers, DBAs, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders for bug fixes, patches, customizations, and deployment support. - Participate in regression testing, month-end support, system stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives for Oracle EBS Projects processes. .
