Remote Software Engineer / Data & CRM Specialist Job Type: Full-Time | Work Mode: Remote | Experience: 13 Years Preferred. We are looking for a detail-oriented IT / Data & CRM Specialist to support our team with data management, contact-list building, CRM administration, Salesforce activities, and business research. Working Hours - Night shift: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST, aligned with U.S. Central business hours (approximately 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM during daylight saving time). Key Responsibilities Build, clean, organize, and maintain accurate contact and prospect databases. Research companies, businesses, and decision-makers to collect relevant contact information. Manage CRM data, including leads, contacts, accounts, and activities in Salesforce. Import and export data between spreadsheets and CRM systems. Identify duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records and perform data-quality checks. Prepare reports and maintain organized records. Support additional data, CRM, and research-related tasks as needed. Required Skills Good knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. Experience with web research, data collection, contact-list building, and database management. Familiarity with AI-powered research and data tools such as Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and related connectors. Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent field. Experience building B2B contact or prospect lists. Familiarity with CRM data imports, exports, cleanup, APIs, or integrations.
