ROLE DETAILS Position: Senior Sales & Admissions Specialist NYC | Not Your College Location: Bhopal On-site Experience: 35 years Joining: Immediate CTC: 612 LPA + Incentives Open Positions: 1 ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Sales & Admissions Specialist to drive the conversion of qualified leads into enrolled students for NYC Not Your College. The role will focus on student counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, admissions, and revenue growth while helping build a strong and scalable admissions process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the sales and admissions journey from lead to enrollment. Manage and convert marketing-generated leads into admissions. Follow a structured counselling and follow-up process. Understand student needs, handle objections, and guide decision-making. Define and improve sales scripts, counselling approaches, and follow-up processes. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records through CRM. Track admissions, conversions, revenue, and individual performance. Work closely with Marketing and other teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Support training and performance improvement of the admissions team. Contribute to revenue forecasting and scaling the admissions process. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong experience in sales, admissions, counselling, or customer conversion. Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Understanding of sales funnels, follow-ups, and conversion metrics. Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking. Strong ownership and target-oriented approach.
