Operations Head O4H Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Founder Experience: 510 years | Cloud Kitchen / QSR / Food Operations About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Operations Head to work closely with the Founder and take ownership of O4H's day-to-day operations, expansion, people, procurement, and cost management. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day operations across cloud kitchens and QSR outlets . Work closely with the Founder on business expansion and new outlet launches . Manage kitchen/store teams, hiring, training, productivity, and performance. Drive food cost, wastage, inventory, and manpower cost optimization. Own procurement and vendor management , including pricing and supply reliability. Build and implement SOPs to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency. Track key operational KPIs and take corrective actions to improve store profitability . Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes as O4H scales. What We're Looking For510 years of experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant, or food operations . Experience managing multiple locations and teams. Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, inventory, and people management . Highly hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working directly with the Founder in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a high-ownership role with an opportunity to play a key part in scaling O4H across Bangalore and beyond. .
