Shift Timing: 4:00 AM 1:30 PM (India Time) | Australian Business Hours Accommodation: Provided by the company (home facilities included) this role requires relocation to Bhawanipatna, Odisha. Key Responsibilities: Assign daily work to electricians and grass maintenance staff Allocate and coordinate jobs through the company system Monitor work volume and assign additional jobs as required Maintain clear communication with field staff and other departments Coordinate with the real estate team to obtain property keys before work begins Ensure smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams Prepare marketing materials and documents when required Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally Prepare and deliver presentations when needed Focus on providing information and support to customers no aggressive sales required Requirements: 01 year of relevant work experience Good communication skills in English Good computer knowledge (MS Office and general system use) Willingness to work Australian shift hours Must be ready to relocate to Bhawanipatna, Odisha To Apply: Send your resume to sourav@venushiring.com Compensation: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
