Designation: BRANCH MANAGER,ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER, SALES EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE,OPERATION EXECUTIVE Preferred Locations: KOLKATA,NADIA,NORTH 24 PARGANAS,SOUTH 24 PARGANAS,HOOGHLY,HOWRAH Role & responsibilities: - Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references. - Primarily involves around processing and managing gold loans, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales. - Ensuring new acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility. - Keep innovating, launching new Gold Loan schemes suitable across sales channel and segments of customers. - Oversees the end-to-end process of issuing and managing gold loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business growth. - Comply with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements. - Ensuring staff competency and adherence to company policies - Reviewing audit reports and taking corrective actions - Building and maintaining robust relationships with banking partners and other stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile: - Any graduate is preferable. - Age: 25 till 40 - Minimum of 6 Months-10 years of experience in Gold Loans, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing teams. - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities. - Supervise and train junior staff or gold appraisers - Monitor gold loan accounts for overdue or defaulted payments. - Fresher also can apply only for Sales Executive, Customer Care Executive & Tele Caller. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of gold loan operations and valuation techniques. - Sales and target-driven approach. - Risk assessment and analytical skills. .
