Job Description: Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET & React JS) Location: Chennai Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and React JS to lead, mentor, and deliver high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical excellence with leadership skills to guide a team of developers and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of full stack developers working on .NET and React JS technologies Should know and must be coding for the projects mandatorily. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications Take ownership of end-to-end application architecture and technical decisions Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support skill development Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and performance benchmarks Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies Excellent Communication skills is a must. Mandatory Technical Skills Strong experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) Hands-on expertise in React JS, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Strong knowledge of SQL Server / relational databases Familiarity with Git / version control systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Good to Have Skills Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes Exposure to DevOps practices Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies Leadership & Soft Skills Proven experience leading development teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to mentor and motivate team members Ownership mindset with attention to detail Educational Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
