Platform Engineer Cloud Location: Jaipur | Work Mode: On-site Experience Required: 68 years in cloud-native platforms Role Overview Wandercraft is hiring a Platform Engineer to design, construct, and manage high-scale, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate directly with engineering teams to build the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability tools, and operational frameworks necessary to support platforms processing millions of transactions at millisecond-level latency. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Containerization: Design scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and operate containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS. Automation & IaC: Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible) and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, provisioning, and configuration workflows. Observability & Operations: Build monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting systems tied to SLOs to ensure performance across compute, networking, and databases. Security & Resilience: Enforce strong Linux administration, IAM controls, networking security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance standards. Optimization & Support: Conduct architecture reviews, production troubleshooting, capacity planning, and system optimization for low-latency, high-throughput demands. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 68 years of hands-on experience building production-grade cloud platforms, with a primary focus on AWS. Core Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems, Kubernetes/container orchestration, Docker, and Terraform (or equivalent IaC). AWS & Networking Depth: Expertise in AWS networking, compute, storage, databases, IAM, load balancing, and cloud security. CI/CD & Observability: Proven background in designing CI/CD pipelines alongside complete observability stacks (logs, metrics, traces, alerting). High-Scale Performance: Familiarity with performance optimization and capacity planning for platforms handling millions of transactions with millisecond latency. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Compensation: 2,200,000.00 - 3,000,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
