Title Trust & Safety Contractor II Location Remote Duration 6 months, with high potential for extension reputed company reputed company day-to-day operational support for Intellectual Property enforcement queues, working embedded with FTEs to maintain SLA compliance, reputed company standards, and consistent policy application. Responsibilities Process IP reputed company queues in accordance with documented SOPs and policy guidelines Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing reputed company cases to appropriate stakeholders reputed company reputed company cause analysis (RCA) on errors, trends, and process breakdowns; document findings and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with FTE counterparts and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent enforcement reputed company Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to reputed company assurance reviews Flag process gaps or SOP ambiguities and support reputed company improvement initiatives Requirements 2+ years of experience in trust & safety reputed company, content moderation, reputed company/IP enforcement, or a comparable operational program management role Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs reputed company while exercising judgment on nuanced or ambiguous cases Experience with escalation handling, reputed company cause analysis, and operational reporting Strong written communication skills and attention to reputed company Comfortable working in fast-paced, queue-reputed company environments with shifting priorities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job .
