Company Name: Tejas Food Industries LLP Brand name: Swetha Telugu Foods Location: Tejas Plant, Chotuppal Hyderabad Job Title: Accounts Executive Reporting Manager: Manager Accounts & Finance Position: Accounts Executive Job Roles & Responsibilities - Maintain and accurately record purchase transactions in the accounting system on a timely basis. - Manage vendor accounts, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers. - Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments. - Process employee travel reimbursement claims after checking supporting documents and policy compliance. - Conduct and support periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliations. - Review expenditure documents and ensure they are supported with valid approvals and evidence. - Prepare expenditure verification notes and recommend eligible expenses to management for approval. - Coordinate with procurement, stores, and other departments for document collection and clarification. - Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of accounting and audit-related documents. - Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and management reviews as required. Compliance & Control Responsibilities - Ensure all expenditures comply with company policies and internal control procedures. - Verify that payments are supported by appropriate documentation and authorization. - Monitor adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements applicable to purchase transactions. Required Qualifications - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. - 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, purchase accounting, or vendor management. - Experience in handling reimbursements, stock audits, and expenditure verification is preferred Compensation: 180,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year Perks: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
