Job Description: Assistant Manager Business Analytics & Data Engineering Role Overview: The candidate will lead a high-performing team of five (SQL Developers, Power BI Developers, and ETL Engineers). The primary focus is to maintain and evolve our \"MIS 2.0\" ecosystem, ensuring 95% process automation and high-level data security through robust warehouse management. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5 technical resources; oversee recruitment and upskilling of junior developers. - Data Architecture: Maintain and optimize the existing Data Warehouse (Normalized & Denormalized structures) to support rapid, customized reporting. - Automation: Oversee the end-to-end automation of daily RCM processes using SQL Stored Procedures and SSIS packages. - Advanced Analytics: Lead the development of complex Power BI dashboards, including the implementation of Dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS) and advanced DAX. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Senior Management to align data delivery with business goals. - Process Improvement: Continuous recalibration of MIS workflows to reduce manual manpower dependency. Technical Requirements: - SQL Server: Expert level (Stored Procedures, T-SQL, Performance Tuning). - ETL: Advanced knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for high-volume data migration. - Business Intelligence: Expert in Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, and Power Query. - Data Modeling: Solid experience in designing Star/Snowflake schemas for Data Warehousing. - Domain: Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or US Healthcare is highly preferred. Candidate Profile: - Experience: 69 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a team-leading capacity. - Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent graduation degree. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to translate business requirements into technical specs, and excellent communication skills for executive interaction. .
