Accounts & Finance Executive Company: CapGrid Location: Gurugram Experience: 5 Years Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting processes and good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel . Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Maintain and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Track outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams for finance-related requirements. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor expenses and support budget/expense tracking. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software. Good knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic reporting. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Good understanding of reconciliation and ledger scrutiny. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Education B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred. Preferred Experience Candidates from manufacturing, automotive, engineering, procurement, or supply-chain organizations would be preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced/start-up environment will be an added advantage.
