Role & responsibilities - Raise Invoice, follow up customer - Monitor & Achieve targeted programs set by management - Lead and manage EPC projects related to steel plants (e.g. Coke oven battery, CDCP, Byproduct plant etc.) - Oversee all phases of project lifecycle: planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. - Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients. - Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to mitigate risks or delays. - Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and quality guidelines. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Manage contractual obligations, change orders, and claims management. - Drive cost control, project profitability, and resource utilization. - Explore possibility of extra claims, avoidance of any counter claim like LD etc. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical. - 15-20 years of relevant experience in managing EPC projects preferably in the steel industry. - Robust understanding of steel plant equipment and operations. - Knowledge of project risk management, contract management, and vendor negotiations. .
