Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Financial Records ManagementMaintain and manage accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements for US-based clients.Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data regularly.Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports.Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.US Tax Compliance & ReportingPrepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns (income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, etc.) in accordance with IRS guidelines.Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.Assist clients with tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing legal deductions.Review and analyze tax notices and correspondence, assisting clients with resolution.Regulatory Compliance & AdvisoryAssist clients with compliance requirements related to IRS, state agencies, and regulatory bodies.Support in financial audits, tax audits, and related assessments.Identify and implement process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.Cross-Border Taxation and AdvisoryAssist in advising on cross-border tax implications for US entities working globally.Provide insights on withholding taxes, foreign investments, and treaty benefits, where applicable.Client Management & CommunicationCollaborate with clients and provide regular updates on financial performance and tax obligations.Build long-term client relationships by ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.Work with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial and compliance services.Qualifications: Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) qualification preferred but not mandatory.Candidates pursuing CPA/EA are welcome.Professional Experience:0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of US taxation and accounting practices are encouraged to apply.Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, TurboTax, Lacerte).Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and US reporting standards.Ability to prepare financial statements, manage ledgers, and support audits.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.Preferred Certifications:CPA, EA, or relevant certifications in US taxation and compliance.Certifications in QuickBooks or other financial software are a plus.CTC:- 6 LPA to 8 LPA + Incentive (Based on Candidate) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 600,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementHealth insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundApplication Question(s): Are you CPA certified Are you an Enrolled Agent Have you filed US Taxes What is your expected CTC What is your current CTC Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
