Experience : 7+Years Job Type : Permanent Job Location : Nagpur Work Mode : Onsite Shifts : US shift Week Offs : 5 Days working, 2Days off Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team handling Life & Pension insurance operations. Manage day-to-day activities related to policy administration, servicing, and transaction processing. Handle processes such as new business, policy servicing, underwriting support, claims, pension administration, and policy changes. Monitor team performance against SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring of team members. Identify process gaps and implement process improvement and automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines. Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues within defined timelines. Prepare and analyze operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards. Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams. Support transition, migration, and knowledge-transfer activities for new processes.
