Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving program enrollments and leading a growing sales team. The Sales Team Lead engages with prospective participants, understands their needs, and communicates the value of Iron Ladys programs through calls, meetings, and presentations.
