Customer Relation Officer Bengaluru

Job Description: Role Overview We are looking for a customer-centric, well-groomed, and proactive Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our stores. The ideal candidate will ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, is seamlessly connected with the right Client Service Advisor (CSA), and enjoys a premium shopping experience that reflects the values of our client. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their requirements. Assess customer needs and assign the most suitable Client Service Advisor (CSA). Introduce customers to their assigned CSA and ensure a smooth handover. Manage customer appointments and ensure timely assistance. Assist walk-in customers when CSAs are occupied to maintain a seamless customer experience. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when required. Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Suggest and implement customer engagement and retention initiatives. Coordinate with store teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 13 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or front-office roles, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or premium menswear. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language. Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as required in retail.
