About the role We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is passionate about technology and enjoys interacting with customers. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer onboarding, product implementation, technical troubleshooting, and product testing while working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Product. Key Responsibilities Customer Success Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth implementation experience. Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, SQL, or web technologies is a plus. Quick learner with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Skills: Good verbal and written communication. Strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of software testing concepts. Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets. Interest in SaaS products and customer-facing roles. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
