Customer Success Lead, Jewellery

About the role stock.ex.gold is a cloud based application built for jewellery businesses. We are hiring a Customer Success Lead in Bengaluru to work with jewellers and bullion dealers in person and online. You will help each business get started, understand the product and use it confidently in its day to day work. What you will do Own Bengaluru and the surrounding jewellery markets, onboarding new shops in person and online.Help customers enter and organise their starting stock from existing ledgers and spreadsheets.Guide customers as they set up their storefront and marketplace presence for selected pieces.Run practical walkthroughs with shop owners, accountants and floor staff, adapting each session to how that business works.Triage feedback and bugs with the engineering team and write clear help articles.Track adoption and retention in your territory and identify accounts that would benefit from a visit.What we are looking for At least three years of experience in customer success, account management or retail operations, ideally in jewellery, bullion or luxury retail.Fluent English plus Kannada and or Hindi, with the confidence to present to a shop owner and their accountant in the same meeting.Based in or near Bengaluru and comfortable travelling across the surrounding region.Organised, empathetic and self directed. You will be the face of stock.ex.gold in your market.Enough technical curiosity to demonstrate a product confidently and explain rate conversions in grams, tolas and carats.Good to know This is a full time hybrid role, mostly in the field and with customers, with regular online time with the wider team.We are a small, senior team working across Dubai, the UK and Europe.ex.gold is an equal opportunity employer.
