Strategy Analyst (Intern)

Sartre is an executive search firm that works closely with some of the worlds leading Hedge Funds and Trading Companies across many of the world's financial hubs. Part of our recent expansion focuses on growing our footprint in India and wider APAC markets. We seek a motivated Strategy Analyst to work alongside our global management team on researching and implementing new business opportunities. The primary objective of the role is to support the growth of Sartres brand and revenue through the exploration of new engagement channels. Key responsibilities 1) University program - Build and execute engagement programs to help establish relationships with final-year engineering and maths students at Indias leading IITs. Working with the marketing associate to create literature and marketing material Identify, engage and establish relationships with relevant contacts at IITs Creating network events and programs for interacting with graduates Create proprietary databases of contact and personal details and career tracking mechanisms Explore the possibility of expanding the program to HK/China as a 2nd phase 2) Business development - identify business development opportunities in APAC for Sartre Research growing recruitment markets that present opportunities for Sartre to expand its footprint Research firms hiring and identifying key decision markers Work with consultants to produce relevant outreach Create frameworks, utilise SARTRE AI AGENT and help organise market intelligence 3) Networking events for industry personnel - Organise regular events, meet-ups and social activities for clients and candidates Source venues, organise suppliers, create budgets and ROI tracking Oversee smooth running of events Work with marketing associate to produce literature and branding materials Gather feedback Skills required Well-organised, proactive approach Creative come up with ideas and explore new methods to get the job done Strong verbal and written communication skills (ability to communicate confidently with international personnel) Good technical skills .
