Job Description: SAP AMS Bid Management/Presales Consultant JD Role Summary The SAP AMS Bid Management Consultant is responsible for managing end to end bid and proposal activities for SAP Application Management Services (AMS) opportunities. The role ensures high quality, compliant, and competitive RFP/RFI/RFQ responses by coordinating across Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, Finance, and Legal, while aligning proposals to SAP AMS delivery models, client outcomes, and evaluation criteria. Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend bid lifecycle for SAP AMS opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, renewals, and proposals Interpret client RFP requirements and evaluation criteria and translate them into a compliant response structure Develop and manage compliance matrices, response outlines, and submission checklists Coordinate inputs across Sales, Presales, SAP AMS Delivery, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams Facilitate bid kickoff calls, content workshops, review cycles, and final signoffs Ensure all proposal content aligns with SAP AMS scope, delivery models, SLAs, governance, and transition approach Leverage GenAI and RFP automation tools throughout the pursuit management lifecycle. Track risks, assumptions, dependencies, and action items throughout the bid lifecycle Ensure reuse of approved SAP AMS proposal assets, case studies, client references, CVs, and standard content Perform final quality checks for compliance, messaging consistency, formatting, and submission readiness Manage proposal production and ensure ontime submission through client portals and procurement platforms Maintain bid trackers, lessons learned, and continuous improvement inputs for future SAP AMS pursuits Work on SAP AMS renewals and contract extensions in coordination with Sales and Delivery teams Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to develop and update SAP AMS case studies Build SAP AMS RFP content by reusing previously submitted responses, and get the content reviewed and validated by the delivery teams Work with the Marketing team to update proposal content such as company revenue, number of clients, employee count, and credentials Create and validate AMS effort estimations based on ticket volumes, ticket complexity, and data provided in the RFP document Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for client orals Experience working with SharePoint sites to manage proposal libraries, including AMS case studies, RFP content, and active pursuits Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in Bid Management / Proposal Management for SAP Services. Handson experience working on proposals and pursuits for the UK region Experience managing RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and bid timelines Ability to create clientfacing collateral such as presentations, case studies, and proposal assets Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills Clear, concise business writing skills with the ability to consolidate SME inputs into clientready proposals Strong planning and execution skills with experience managing risks, issues, and deadlines Working knowledge of SAP program and delivery terminology to manage proposal content with SMEs Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!
