A Pre-Sales Consultant in IT & Software acts as a bridge between the sales team and technical team. They help potential customers understand how the software solution can solve their business challenges before the purchase decision. Key Responsibilities Understand customer business requirements and pain points. Conduct software product demonstrations and presentations. Prepare solution proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses. Work closely with sales, development, and implementation teams. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) sessions. Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Support the sales team during client meetings and negotiations. Assist in solution design and project estimations.
