Senior Executive Stores

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Stores to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, export documentation, and logistics coordination for our EOU plant. The role requires expertise in SAP warehouse management, inventory processes, and coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth material movement and compliance with export requirements. Manage day-to-day warehouse transactions for the EOU plant, including inward and outward material movement.Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with export procedures.Coordinate logistics planning with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers.Oversee export packaging activities and maintain accurate SAP entries.Execute warehouse management transactions in SAP.Conduct physical inventory and stock verification activities.Ensure accurate inventory records and timely reconciliation.Lead and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure efficient store operations.Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations.Required Technical SkillsHands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM)/Inventory Management.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and export documentation.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Experience / Education QualificationEducation: Any Graduate or Diploma in Export & Import Management (preferred).Experience: 810 years of relevant experience in warehouse, stores, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. .
