Senior Analyst - Order Management & Product Fulfillment Role Objective The Senior Analyst - OMPF validates agent inputs and manages order forms/contracts for Google services. The role ensures the accuracy of customer requirements from Field Sales Representatives (FSR)/DSS, facilitates seamless validation, exhibits thorough process knowledge, and handles escalations while collaborating with SMEs, QA, DSS, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Order & Contract Creation Rigorously validate incoming Order Forms using Google Workspace tools for completeness, financial alignment, and policy adherence. Use Salesforce (Vector) to track sales opportunities and oversee CPQ processes for accurate downstream billing.Operations & SLA Utilize Q+ and tracking tools to monitor queue health, maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and meet strict operational SLAs. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to resolve billing blocks, quote discrepancies, or booking errors.Renewals & Compliance Validate renewal cases, review agent checklists, and use internal tools for accurate renewal info. Review contracts against commercial and legal frameworks, validating approvals against policies.Collaboration & Quality Support agents with resolution issues, manage stakeholders, and provide data for escalations. Follow SOPs, pass QA checks, minimize repeat errors, and maintain high accuracy. Profile & Work Requirements Profile Graduate equivalent (Commerce/Finance preferred) with 24 years of Google Workflow experience for Senior Analyst. Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and order/contract management is preferred.Requirements Work from Virtusa Campus, Hyderabad (Work from Office). 24x7 rotational shifts (every 45 days) with shift allowances and partial transport provided based on region (JAPAC 330AM-1230PM /EMEA 12 30PM-09 30PM/ NAMER 7 30PM-4 30AM). Requires flexibility for end-of-quarter volume extensions. .
