The Planning Business Process Analyst Manager leads a team responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and digital solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across global planning functions. The role partners closely with Planning, Supply Chain, IT, and business process owners to transform business requirements into scalable analytical solutions that improve visibility, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and operational effectiveness. What You'll Do Planning Analytics & Insights Lead development and enhancement of planning analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions. Partner with stakeholders and process owners to define business requirements, KPIs, and performance measurement capabilities. Deliver analytics solutions that provide visibility into planning process performance, compliance, and business outcomes. Translate complex business requirements into actionable reporting and self-service analytics solutions. Drive adoption of analytics products through stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement.
