Experience in Corporate Interior Fitouts . English Speaking skills should be Good . Project Pre- tendering , Estimation, Billing. Ability to prepare BOQ on the basis of Autocad & Sketchup Drawings. Should have experience in coordination with Vendors, Prepare BOQ in all Corporate Commercial interior fit out for project. Prepare the Comparative rates in market Prepare and cross check BOQ. Procurement, Invite, assesses, and ward/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals. Settle the Bills with Vendors Rate analysis Vendor selection Good knowledge Marketing Project schedule Project completion on time. Must have knowledge of site as well detail of drawing Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market Talent in negotiations and networking Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software Aptitude in decision-making and working with number Experience in collecting and analysing data Strong leadership capabilities.
