Executive - Sourcing & Procurement

Role Summary:We are looking for an Executive - Sourcing & Procurement to manage the procurement of agricultural commodities such as grains, millets, oilseeds, and jaggery from farmers, FPOs, mandis, and aggregators. The role focuses on ensuring quality sourcing, supplier management, logistics coordination, and timely availability of raw materials. Key ResponsibilitiesSource agricultural commodities from farmers, FPOs, mandis, and aggregatorsNegotiate pricing and maintain strong supplier relationships.Coordinate inbound transportation and ensure timely deliveries.Ensure quality standards and procurement compliance.Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams for seamless operations.B.Sc. Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture, or an equivalent qualification.1-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or agri supply chain (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).Knowledge of organic and natural farming practices is an added advantage.Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.Willingness to travel extensively to rural areas.ABOUT TWO BROTHERS ORGANIC FARM Located in Maharashtra, India, Two Brothers Organic Farms follows the principles of organic and natural farming methods. We prioritize the use of natural fertilizers, composting, crop rotation, and biological pest control to ensure the health and fertility of the soil. The farm avoids synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in its farming practices. Our primary goal is to increase three circles: 1.
