Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Vendor ManagementVendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply and service levels.Vendor Development: Identify, on-board, and develop secondary/new vendors for existing product lines to mitigate risk and improve competitiveness.New Launches & NPD: Drive end-to-end sourcing requirements for New Product Development and support smooth commercial rollouts for new menu launches.Commercial & Contractual OperationsLead commercial negotiations and rigorously track/manage Total Cost of Ownership across assigned categories.Value Engineering: Identify and execute value engineering projects to optimize costs without compromising on QSR quality and food safety standards.Legal Compliance: Facilitate and finalize legal contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements in close coordination with our internal Legal team.Data, Analytics & ReportingMaintain and upgrade MIS trackers utilizing Advanced Excel and Power BI to monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and pricing elasticity.Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly review decks (PPT) for supply chain leadership.Qualification & Experience:Education Degree in Food Tech or MBA in Supply ChainMinimum 3 years of core procurement experience (QSR, Food Tech, or FMCG background highly preferred).Strong analytical mindset with proven hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel. .
