Procurement Manager

Job Location: [Hyderabad] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 58 years in interior fit-out / construction procurement Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process for interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, vendors, pricing, negotiation, purchase processes, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of materials, products, and services required for interior projects.Source and evaluate reliable vendors, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize suppliers.Procure materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, furniture, lighting, electrical items, sanitaryware, flooring, false ceiling materials, glass, aluminium, paints, fabrics, and dcor items.Ensure materials are purchased as per approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.Coordinate with the Design, Projects, Site, QS, and Accounts teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines.Prepare and manage purchase orders, material schedules, and procurement trackers.Monitor supplier delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.Follow up on pending orders, delays, shortages, replacements, and quality issues.Develop and maintain a strong vendor network and identify new suppliers when required.Negotiate for the best possible price, quality, payment terms, delivery time, and warranty.Maintain proper documentation for quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor records.Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.Ensure procurement is within approved project budgets.Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain good vendor relationships.Support multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize procurement according to project deadlines.Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.58 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, architecture, furniture, or real estate.Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and building products.Good vendor network and market knowledge.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to read and understand BOQs, specifications, drawings, and material schedules.Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.Key Skills Interior Procurement | Vendor Management | Material Sourcing | Cost Negotiation | Purchase Orders | BOQ | Rate Comparison | Supplier Development | Cost Control | Project Coordination | Inventory & Delivery Management What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and skills.Opportunity to work on diverse and high-quality interior projects.Growth and career development opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.To Apply: Please share your updated CV along with your current/expected salary and notice period.
