Lead user research efforts to drive design decisions and improve product usability. This role is on-site. Responsibilities Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and user journey mapping to understand user needs. Analyze user behavior and analytics to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate findings into actionable design decisions. Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on research findings and business requirements. Perform competitor analysis and present research recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills 5-9 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years dedicated specifically to research. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Deep knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, and survey methodologies. Strong ability to translate complex research findings into wireframes and user flows. Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility best practices. Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to cross-functional teams. Any Graduate degree. Preferred Skills Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. .
