Role - Generate new business for international freight forwarding Import & Export - Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and traders - Generate enquiries and convert them into regular business - Coordinate with our operations team for smooth execution of shipments - Identify opportunities for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance and related logistics services - Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers Who we are looking for - Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping / Customs Clearance is preferred - Strong knowledge of the freight-forwarding industry and customer requirements - Good communication and negotiation skills - Existing customer contacts/network will be an advantage - Suitable for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable working on a performance/commission basis - Independent sales professionals and freelancers with relevant industry experience are also welcome Compensation Commission only No fixed salary. Attractive commission structure based on business generated and successfully realised/collected by the company.
