Logistics Specialist

Job Title: Assistant Manager B2C Logistics Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office) About the Role: We are looking for an execution-focused Assistant Manager B2C Logistics to manage Dot & Key's end to-end B2C logistics operations across E-commerce, D2C, and Quick Commerce channels. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing transportation costs, managing logistics partners, and driving service excellence through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end B2C logistics operations across E-commerce, D2C, and Quick Commerce channels. Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery by coordinating with warehouses, transport partners, and last-mile service providers. Monitor transportation performance, delivery timelines, logistics costs, and customer service metrics. Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PLs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and SLA adherence. Drive route optimization, shipment consolidation, and freight cost optimization initiatives. Track logistics KPIs, investigate delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to improve service levels. Support logistics planning during new launches, sales events, and peak business periods. Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Customer Service, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure seamless order execution. Drive continuous process improvements, logistics automation, and operational efficiency initiatives. Preferred Skills & Know-how: Strong understanding of B2C logistics, transportation, and order fulfilment operations. Experience managing E-commerce, D2C, or Quick Commerce logistics networks. Good knowledge of logistics KPIs, transportation planning, and SLA management. Familiarity with TMS, ERP, and logistics reporting tools. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 58 years of experience in B2C Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain operations within FMCG, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-commerce. Experience working with third-party logistics providers, transport partners, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. .
