LOGISTICS & STORES MANAGER

IAM Group Experience: 10+ Years | Location: Pune | Travel: PAN India Role Lead PAN-India Logistics, Stores & Warehouse Operations across 4 warehouses and ensure efficient, timely and cost-effective material movement. Key Responsibilities - Manage 4 warehouses across India and overall store operations. - Manage PAN-India dispatches to customer and project locations. - Control inventory, material receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. - Manage Forward & Reverse Logistics, including faulty, excess and warranty material. - Manage courier, transporter and logistics agencies across India. - Track shipments, delivery SLAs and logistics costs. - Lead and manage the PAN-India Stores & Logistics team. - Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, Service and Finance teams. - Implement SOPs, inventory controls and logistics MIS. - Drive cost optimization, inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. Ideal Candidate - 10+ years in Logistics / Stores / Warehouse / Supply Chain. - Strong experience in multi-location warehouse management. - Proven experience managing PAN-India logistics and teams. - Strong vendor management, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of ERP, inventory systems and Excel/MIS. - Experience in technology, electronics, security or project-based businesses preferred.
