Role & responsibilities The role is responsible for monitoring daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and update the delivery status to customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Preferred candidate profile 3-6 years Experience in handling and tracking large number of shipments/ customer handling. Update customers on the shipment status and support in timely delivery. Excellent communication skill and confident in handling PAN India customers. .
